Before joining Delphix, Aaron was responsible for building one of the nation’s largest data science labs and implementing development process changes resulting in millions of dollars of annual savings for one the big 4. 

Prior to that Aaron worked in various Healthcare IT roles where he was instrumental in refactoring software and delivery process improvements for several of the nation’s largest health care organizations. 

When not at work Aaron and his family enjoy getting as much green time as possible camping, hiking, and stargazing all over the US.
