Lisa maintains an up-to-date understanding of relevant industry standards and reports on the overall status of the Privacy Program framework, including key risk indicators (KRIs), significant findings, and remediation efforts to senior leadership. She also led compliance implementation efforts for major privacy regulations, including CPRA, TCPA, and privacy laws in Serbia, Canada, and Mexico.

Before joining Zillow Group, Lisa was an In Business Privacy Officer at Citi Bank, North America. She successfully established a robust Global Consumer Bank Privacy Governance program that aligned with internal global privacy policies and regulations during her tenure there. 

Lisa provided guidance and input on privacy risk and controls for business operations and regulatory change management. She also led compliance implementation efforts for major privacy regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, and privacy laws in New Zealand and Brazil.

Lisa holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Rider University in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. She is an active Information Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) member and carries the Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) designation.
