Samer joined Diligent in 2016 as a manager specializing in HighBond implementation. 

Samer helped several clients to successfully adopt and transition Audit, Risk Management & Compliance management into DiligentHighBond. 

Prior to joining Diligent, he has over 10 years of professional experience working for Ernst & Young in the Risk Advisory Service Line. 

Samer has worked with several public and private sector companies in the areas of Internal Audit (SOX, Audit & Compliance), Internal Controls, Risk Assessment, Enterprise Risk Management and Audit Transformation. 

Samer’s experience spans across North America, Europe, North Africa, and Middle East. 

He worked on different clients and across different project types with specialization in banking, manufacturing, healthcare, retail, and airlines sectors.
